I'm looking to put together a little memorial of flowers for my hubbys mother whose birthday is coming up. Im trying to find the names of flowers(if any) that have the name 'Janet' and are orange(the color of leukemia awareness). They will need to be okay in pots for a period of time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

There are several roses with the name Janet. "Janet A. Wood" is a shrub described as orange-pink, "Janet" is a hybrid tea referred to as apricot, and "Janet Frazer" is a floribunda also called orange-pink. You can take a look at them on Help Me Find.

We have pictures of Janet Carnochan, a hybrid tea, and Janet, a David Austin shrub, in our database:

I typed the name Janet into the database search box and looked through the list for orangish looking flowers but this is all I see ... and all are daylilies.
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Janet Benz')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Janet Gordon')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Janet Leah')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Jo Janet')

Zuzu, thank you. It happens, I appreciate the input. :)

Lin, thank you. I don't know why I didn't think about that, I forget about the database sometimes. Not many sites have the luxury of the mass amount of info as here. Smiling

Adobe Orange, tangerine dream, supreme cantalope coneflowers are pretty shades of orange. I just put them in this year and am pleased.
