The picture is very dark, and I'm having trouble telling what kind of plant you have.
Is it possibly an Epiphyllum? I have one that does indeed send out aerial roots. I think it tends to be a bit of a 'climber'.

Hopefully others will soon pop in with ideas...

Hi & welcome! Looks like more than 1 kind of plant in the pot. The tall one with the aerial roots does, I agree, look like an Epiphyllum.

The plant on the far right looks very etiolated due to lack of light. It's difficult to tell what it is in that dark pic.

It looks like there are several different succulent varieties growing in the pot. One of them, the taller with leaves and fat caudex, looks like an Adenium.
