So Stella de Oro has a slightly sweet, perfume taste. Tastes like eating a flower lol. Texture is mostly crisp. I did have a couple of bites melt in my mouth- no other way of describing it.
And a bright lemon NOID tastes more like lettuce, again slightly sweet, yet crisp, with mild perfume aftertaste.
This little purple NOID was also lettuce-like. Sweet, crisp and flavorful. And I got my kids to eat it too : ) They all said they'd eat it if it was on their plates...

Three daylilies consumed- no ill effects.

I like to eat the light yellow daylily petals. They taste like lettuce to me too. I don't care for the dark purples and dark reds. The ones I've tasted have too strong of a taste.
