Meadow Sage (Salvia nemorosa Lyrical™ Blues)

I got it from a local store (Meijer) two or three months ago. It was in a one-gallon pot and I set it on the covered front porch along with all the other plants waiting to be planted or potted up in a container.

With all this high heat, humidity, and mugginess we've had for months, I never got around to doing anything with it, so it died (weeks ago). I did keep up with the watering.

The flowers were pretty.

I purchased several on sale at Home Depot to add to a new area as a border. Not much bloom when I got them so didn't expect much. WRONG they started blooming and I love them. Can't wait to see them in the Spring

My plant was blooming when I got it along with Salvia nemorosa Lyrical™ Rose, which was blooming and it died before I got them planted.

Both beautiful flowers and I loved them both!
