From the end of August this year, leaves on the tree began to have brown spots and dropped eventually. The tree facing south east. Any suggestion? what could be the problem?

Welcome! Can you tell us what kind of tree it is? If you can upload a picture of affected leaves it would help. There are different causes of leaf spots and different trees are susceptible to different problems so we need more information. A rough idea of your location may also help.

Oh! What's that?! ....oops...
I'm also having som concerns about spots on my tree.
It's a giant oak tree. Fully grown. I'd say about 20 years old.
I just saw these spots all over the leaves... and I mean EVERYWHERE. It first showed up this summer. Now it's worse.

Britnay, your tree looks more like a maple than an oak, and the spots look like a fungal disease called "tar spot", compare with these pictures:

Most maples in my area get tar spot every year and it doesn't really do them any significant harm.
