hi had a go this summer bought 9 plug plants from a local garden centre and had alot of sucess. Grown quite tall, reds, greens and variagated not as lovely as your photo's bit i have taken lots of cuttings
I put them in a milk bottle full of water and they all rooted
planted them up and i got lots of new plants
going to keep them in a box in house for the winter my very first try with them really pleased your site really helpful learn something daily

hi just taken them out ground hope to save them by bringing them in each night, I no when they temp goes down to 10c that the end for them got lots of baby plants just in case
i got some from a garden nursery in june £3 for 9 plants they becoming popular at last here. Next year got lots of seeds bought a electric propogator should get seeds going
been away for last week in our van. got lots of problems with my son, he's just been told got diabetes, got lots appointments. anyway my son and I went to a local garden nursery got 50 pansys in trays,cheered us up but still have to get them in and 100 in the ground and time running out
anyone else got same problem so much to do in garden:sigh:
