It does resemble I submitted data to our database for that one last week but my submission was denied because I mistakenly listed the root structure as taproot (when I know it's a rhizome) and I also listed the flower type as a Corymb which I also know is incorrect since it has ray flowers. D'Oh! I had three browsers open that day, reading about a lot of different plants and I should have been more careful. *Blush*

I looked at the sight you linked
I think you have it , but which one ? the sight references 9 and describes 4 on the bottom.
I really can not tell by reading the descriptions Shrug!

Do you think I should put it in the general category Chrysopsis ?

Comparing the sight and my photos , none of the flowers in my photos have any red stems

I do however have some seeds and they look like the photo , but I would expect all the chrysopsis seeds to look the same.

Sighing! that is my problem it looks like it but reading the descriptions of the other (minor) I do not understand some of the terms
''floral array compact '' ''glandular hair''

sorry to be such a pain *Blush*
I do not have to put the photo in the database , but if I do I would like to be rather certain it gets in the right place.
