Thread OP

Hello,

My plant keeps losing leaves. They brown up around the edges and then fall off.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Possibly too dry, in a draught or near a window. There are lots of things which would cause this sort of thing. Rubber plants are notorious for dropping leaves. You might want to post in the houseplants forum where you'd get more specific advice.

Looks like the foliage of a plant with roots that have formed an unhealthy pancake at the bottom of the pot and the plant would be relieved by being repotted, having that pancake chopped off, old soil removed, replaced with new soil and possibly bigger pot. Are you able to add a pic of the whole plant?
