I found the cultivar
Mugo Pine (
Pinus mugo
'Aurea')
but I guess there's no entry yet for 'Aurea Fastigiata'

actually...Pinus mugo 'Aurea' is also golden tipped. There is the possibility these are, in fact, the same plant and some sellers have shortened the name. Not quite sure yet on this one...
