They are calling for a high of 93F. Right now they are calling for a high of 101F tomorrow. That means it will be at least 104F at my place. I'd be glad to share this heat with anyone.

I could use a little of that heat Kelli. It was 32f overnight so of course we had frost, Angry mostly cloudy now and 48f degrees.

Only because you don't have it right now, Glare you don't like it when it kills your plants in what you call winter there. Hilarious!

The wind has been gusting all day with a few spots of rain warning of the downpour to come. Now as I am preparing to sleep the rain is hammering down with the gusts or wind throwing drops against my bedroom window. I know tomorrow will reveal a scene of devastation and I am dreading it Crying

Temp of 44F this morning, the fog from the river below was thick this morning and took a long time to burn off. Once it did it was sunny, windy and cool only making it to 62 before starting to go back down. It is going to be a cold one tonight....well compared to what we have been having. After visiting the Dartmouth greenhouse this morning I brought in the house plants and garden art...in 7 months they'll go back out. Sad

Is that a pond for swimming Gerry?
Way to hot Kelli, Crossing Fingers! the high temps will start to cool off for you soon. You've had way to many wickedly hot days this year.

Hope the storm doesn't to to much damage Hilary!

Not really weather related, other than it was nice and warm in the greenhouse compared to outside this morning...I went prepared to be bowled over by the smell of Morphy. We (there was a line already at 8:30 this morning) could smell him when the elevator door opened to take us up to the 4th floor. Once there it, meaning the smell, wasn't that bad....kinda like being at the town dump. I think my littler konjac smells worse. If you ever get a chance to see a titanum don't let the smell stop you...the bloom is absolutely amazing!!!!! You might have to click the image to see it all, don't worry images don't smell Smiling

Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 1pm, then a chance after 1 pm. Mostly cloudy. South wind 5 to 15 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

How beautiful! Big pond!

Frost already.

Hilary, I hope your yard is not in too much disarray.

Char, interesting pictures. I don't know if any garden around here has one. The line to see it would be horrendously long because there are so many people out here. I would probably have to skip it. I am not good at waiting.

They are calling for a high of 101F. That means that it will probably be close to 105F at my house. Right now, they are calling for a high of 102F for tomorrow. That means it will probably be 105F at my house. Thumbs down We have a wind advisory and a fire weather warning. It's that time of year. Sighing!

That is terrible, Kelli. We woke to 57 delicious degrees. High yesterday was just 87. Smiling

Lovely day outside today , was quite brisk when I went to let the chickens out and feed them , the ducks and piggies. sun is out and FINALLY no humidity to speak of . I am redoing a small garden ....its taking forever as I am getting rid of all weeds which basically means digging the whole thing up and putting back ....in order to get the sow thistle roots out . UGH what a job!
