Hey there, I'm thinking of having the breakfast bar open earlier at 9am and promise that there will still be food at 10am for those late risers (or people who get lost cuz of Greg's navigation)

Us Washington people will try to be there by 10. Bev I will need a address as we get closer to the date. I will have to get up at 3:30 AM to make 10 in Oregon.

We will be serving different food for the out-of-state people...

The excitement is growing.

When we had the first clinic I was happy to have anybody come! Now I'm expecting a good crowd and all my favorites back here for another visit. You are all mt extended family!

What I may do is open up my yard on Friday afternoon as during the class people don't have a chance to look at the semps as they're too busy taking notes or doing assignments. Does this sound appealing?

Newport Seafood is right next to the Red Lion Hotel so is an easy just off the highway" trip. They have chowder almost as good as my mom's too!

I did request the time off work to make the trip again--still imagining that it could happen, although, realistically, it might only be possible if I'm unemployed by then because I'm pretty sure that if/when I make it back to work I won't have any leave left at all--yikes--

still though--sign Asa and me up for everything, contingent--we have been sooooo looking forward to it ever since we left last year

Talked with folks at Robert's Crossing and we have decided on the 4 main course choices:

Chicken Saltimboca (literally means "jumps in the mouth"; this is one of the restaurant's favorite dishes)
Fisherman's stew
Horseradish-encrusted salmon
Robert's special meat loaf

There may be a risotto option for vegetarians if needed.

We will start with a garden or Caesar salad and dessert choices at the end.

I think the group has been so happy in the past. We have the cool "hunting shed" for our meal.
