|My husband surprised me with some beautyberry juice. He said he picked about 2gallon bucket . He washed and pureed the berries, stems included the put them in a cheese cloth and drained the juice. I was thankful he went to so much trouble because he knows I struggle with the preparation(I have back problems and cannot stand for too long at a time)...Anyway..... my question is, will the juice from this mashed up mixture of berries and stems be ok to use? I would have picked out the stems first, but did not have the heart to tell him.|

|I've never eaten berries or had juice from American Beautyberry (Callicarpa americana) but I'd use a tea strainer to strain any bits of stems and seeds before drinking but that's just my preference because I prefer juice without pulp, etc. If tiny particles are consumed, I'd think they would pass through your system.
