Calif_Sue said:@RickM, one option you may find handy is set those pages you want to access more often to your Custom Menu bar, you can then click on it from the top (between the bell and your profile icons).
Go to your profile and then 'change your site preferences', it's near the bottom, 'Manage your custom menubar'.

Got it ! Thanks Sue!

dave said:Just remember, Lin, that you can always reset your homepage back to its default. If you need helping knowing how to do that, let me know.

I'm a bit dense, what would my homepage default look like? I think I want to play around for awhile and not default back to whatever it was. Smiling

Oh, and I like the new changes ... it was just a shock at first.

The inspirational thing is a new feature that we're going to do. @Trish has a nice collection of quotes, and she'll be taking member photos and giving them to @jon who makes the graphics with the text superimposed over it. A team effort! Hurray!

Years ago my mother used to say to me, she'd say, "In this world, Elwood, you must be" - she always called me Elwood - "In this world, Elwood, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant." Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant. You may quote me.

Mine either...someone once said you can only disable ads after you have contributed a certain number of things to the data base or something along those lines.

When I pull up my plant list I can't see the far right columns, no edit etc. is visible. I just have a wide blank column over there.
I reduced the zoom and now I can see all the columns, it reduced the size of the print a lot squished everything down smaller, and still left a large blank space on the right.
Edited again:
How do I get rid of all that blank space on the right and use it to make my plant list area wider?

I love the customization! Fantastic job, Dave and everyone involved! I took all of the stuff that the "95% of users" come to see, and shoved it all of the way to the bottom and have Notifications, Forums Watcher, Featured Plants, and Recent Ideas, followed by all of the Recent database information and Popular photos, and then the rest of everything else.

PERFECTION! Thumbs up Thank You!

One of the best features here was always the way we open photos. Normally one clicks on an opened thumbnail and it takes you to the next opened picture. Unfortunately this is gone.
Dave, will you bring back this feature?

Great looking Page, Dave & Trish.
It threw me off at first as I had not followed closely as to any changes.
I was trying to see where you could look at your past messages or "tree mails" as it was on old Page. Not seeing it?
Thank You,
Rick

Before I could click on the bubble and it showed a list of my entire watch list, whether or not it had a new entry. Now it only seems to show any watch that has a new message in it. I kind of like having a list of everything I'm watching because I like to go back and look at previous message and pictures to recall something I want to remember. I have customized my home page to have watcher notifications first, but nothing shows up unless there is an update to one.Am I missing something?
