I did get Davisson intros this fall as those were late bloomers. But I did look thru and no spring late or very late bloomer intros so I will pass on buying. Maybe she might have Fall 2012 late blooming intros again.

I would like all of these - well, maybe not the two eyed ones, but I really like Judy's things. My friend that lives nearby grows a few of hers, and I find I am always commenting on them. He gave me a piece of Loud Girls last fall. It was just a slip of a thing that fell off when he was dividing. It made it through the winter, and grew, but did not bloom this year. I can't wait to see it blooming here!

I love those lavender and purple introductions. But I can't believe that they are truly that purple. Does anyone have any daylilies that are that true purple color? I would love to have one!

There is one dip, Fred - Great Auntie Picklebottom. I'm thinking about ordering that one, and I'm jealous, Juli - I've always wanted Loud Girls, and Judy always seems to be sold out of it. She isn't at the moment though. Hmmmm...

Betty, I think you have problems with purples staying darker and true to color due to your excessive summer heat. It washes out colors. I bet all those colors are true in a milder climate.

That sure was fast to have one sold out already. My own person collection of Davisson intros is growing with all those I bought this past fall but most of mine are lates and extra lates. Not all though. I have ROIT ON THE KINDERGARDEN BUS which is an early and LOST IN THE TOY STORE, which is a mid season I believe. That one she gave me as a bonus afew years ago. Plus this fall she gave me EARLY SHIRLY as a bonus and as one can tell from the name, it is an early bloomer.

Well, Judy has 2 fans of LOUD GIRLS reserved for me for spring shipping!!! Woooo whoooo!

The thing about Judy's intros, besides being pretty, is that they don't look like anyone elses. She definatly has her own style in hybridizing.

I like that quite a few of hers go back to Curt Hanson's lines. That tells me they will do well here, and will usually have great plant habit and clear colors.

Lisa, Loud Girls has been beautiful at Bob's. I grew Webster's Pink Wonder for several years. Got it from Mitch Lynd. But, it always leaned, sometimes all the way to the ground. LG has much better scapes, never leans and has better color.

This year I am finally adding some of Judy's they are BETTY SPAGHETTI look at the size of the bloom and DIVAS IN DIAMONDS for the diamond dusting and color. Plus she had been holding MEAN GREEN 08 for me. The three of them will be coming this spring, keeping my fingers crossed that they will love their new address....Betty

I have ordered 2 of her early intros. Kim hybridizes the spiders and UFs, both dip and tet. She has a whole lot of tets to work with, but not a lot of dips so I figured I get her some.
