Welcome! A closer picture would be helpful but it looks like a Camellia to me.

Without a doubt an Orchid Tree - Bauhinia (probably purpurea)

This can be invasive in our area.

That looks like a better bet than Camellia, I was thinking the flowers didn't look right for Camellia but that they weren't clear in the picture and might have been finishing Thumbs up
