I gasped and scrolled back to see!
We certainly grow peppers! I could live without them, but they are nice to have. I freeze and dry the surplus (freeze sweet, dry spicy).

Don't get me wrong- we consume an amazing amount of sweet peppers! But, if we didn't have them I wouldn't buy them at the store
