Would one 65 watt Fiet led reflector bulb be enough to start a flat of veges to transplant stage ? I will start in house. Also will i need a warming
pad ? Thank You !!! 😎😎😎

Check the packaging. Any light you use for plants needs to have a K value of 6000 (the K value for sunlight is around 6000). Usually, the light bulbs with that high a K value also describe them as "grow light" or "plant light".

Seeds always start more quickly with a little heat but your light bulb may be enough.
