Hi mikedi, I find it difficult to tell these apart! Echeveria, graptopetalum and aenonium! You can rule out the later tho I don't think its an aenonium! I would say you have an echeveria.

Yes, it could be a Graptopetalum, they do tend to behave that way.

And I see you created two threads with the same question and the other one was answered as Graptopetalum by someone who knows his stuff.
