Those look great! I brought the store-bought pot inside, and a jar of water-rooted cuttings. Mine look more stretched but not too unhappy. Haven't had that hard frost yet that kills the outside plants but they have stopped blooming.

I'm going to give portulaca another try next year...
I've managed to kill all of mine.

I really like 'Kaleidscop'. I was given a very dehyrdrated cutting, which, died.

The cold temps have shut the garden down for the season. Lots of rain. I brought all my plants in and over winter inside. Hope to show Tiffany next season a nice full planter in full bloom by next July.
Many thanks again @purpleinopp for the great cuttings from your garden. They are hard to find in my area , so it's especially special to have them for next season. They are so easy and prolific bloomers.

I have just cleaned all the purslane out of my yard. None of them ever bloomed. The flowers are beautiful. I am sure I still have them. Just let them grow bigger and they will bloom???? Do I have to put fertilizer? What kind?

Is your purslane in full sun? I don't know if fertilizer would help or not.

If it is P. umbraticola, are you looking for blooms mid-day? They close in the evening until about mid-morning.
