Another of my favorites! A completely sunfast, strikingly watermarked deep purple that never melts no matter how hot it is outside. In my garden, it is extremely showy and is very fertile both ways. I will bloom my first seedlings out of this one next season. With superstar parents like WHITE EYES PINK DRAGON and CURT'S GIFT, how can you go wrong with this one?

MISTER MAYOR is a lovely cultivar, and is an easy pod setter. My kind of colors and watermarks to be sure, from the wonderful world of Davi!! Gets me dreaming about the 2017 collection?? I can feel the shakes starting!

Yes the parents of Mister Mayor are indeed superior daylilies this one has the watermarks set off by the purple color. This one is another that stops me in my track to admire it's luscious beauty every time I walk the garden when it is in bloom.
