It's pretty much ready to go right now. I'm just waiting for a window of opportunity to make the actual move. There will be some interruption, perhaps even up to an hour long for some people, when I make this move. I want to minimize that.
I woke up at 3am this morning and considered getting up and making the move, but I closed my eyes and when I opened them again it was morning!
Dave, we know you're good. Don't try to be magic although you've been known to work magic before.
But I think I understand --- you're excited too. Waking up thinking, "I could do it now! Then falling back to sleep. Who of us hasn't been through that?

I thought for sure it was already running. It was faster early this morning and still seems a lot faster for me. No waiting at all. Maybe overall traffic was low? or is low? Whatever, it seems a lot faster than the norm for me.
There are lulls in traffic on the site. Sometimes 100 people are browsing various parts of the site simultaneously, and other times there are only a few that are accessing it. You probably hit the site during such a lull.
Hmm ... I guess I should consider myself lucky because I haven't noticed any slowness when I'm on ATP. I'm glad for this update though so I don't freak out if I try to log on and can't find you all! I will remember that you are probably transitioning over to the new server.

There was a time right after I posted that question when my browser said ATP could not be accessed at all. I wondered if it was happening then or if it was just my browser. Prior to that I had been speeding right along on the site this morning.
