Walmart, Becky. Hunkering Down here to me means making inside home as great as possible, as I know we will be spending a lot of time inside. As opposed to Summer here, when we spend most of our time outside. Though I did get cross country skis so I can truly get out there in the winter, and hopefully we'll get some downhill skiing in this year... we love skiing but didn't go at all last year (and we are 60 miles from Telluride, one of the most beautiful ski areas in the country).

I want to see your spice racks too

Love it when you can go to the spice rack and see everything without picking up 20 jars of everything else but what you really want.

The Santas will be tied onto a strip of fabric along with some stars and cinnamon sticks for a garland. I have to embellish the snowman a little more with some mini pinecones or mini poinsettias or whatever I find in my minis box.

Those are cute Robin! I used to run a craft show called The Country Sampler. We did very very well and had 26 crafters involved for 3 days.

Everyone seems to be so busy and here I sit wondering where I should start. I'm hoping I don't get stressed out as I usually do this time of year. Our local thrift store has so much Christmas things set out and WOW some are so beautiful. I just can't imagine anyone getting rid of some of the things. A lot of home made things too, something else I can't part with, I guess that is how you become a hoarder.

Thanks everyone. And a big to you Pegi. I did that for years and finally decided why keep it let some else enjoy it, I can always make another one. Now I am down to 2 huge closets full instead of a garage, a bedroom, half the dining room and most of the closets. After the last kid left I took over that room too.
