Sweet! I'm excited! We add at least one new Christmas Ornament each year, these will be our new additions this year!

Last year, we couldn't afford any Christmas presents. There was one tiny package under the tree (and I didn't put it there). Tony gave it to me, and it was two lovely Christmas ornaments. So, of course, those are treasured now. These will be my surprise to him this year!

Last night! Oh! How neat! I now have a water feature in my hotel room! Thank You!!! It is so pretty! and the bracelet is perfect! Lovey dubby TYTYTYTYThankYou!

I started writing this yesterday and I Still can't find my camera to take a picture of the fish pond Crying I am hoping that it is in my van and will walk there today to see - (Parking is so hard to find in Korea and my Nissan mini-van is too big for this parking lot. It is parked a ½ mile or so away from our hotel.) Yes! hotel! We are in the process of moving down to Camp Carroll in Taegu and will be in this hotel until Sunday when we will drive down the peninsula and DH will sign in to the new job. We will be in a hotel there for how ever long it takes us to find a place to live. Gosh, we have the choice to live in the city with 2.2 million other people or live in the village of Waegewan just north of there. We are actually having a hard time choosing so we will wait to see what is what when we get there. The option to live in a huge city where everything is within walking distance (except for his job) or to live in a small town - which we have done most of our lives and is a 'safe choice' for us timid Americans... We will have to look things over and decide when we get there. It is an exciting couple of weeks!

No room service in most military hotels and that is something that I really miss.(hot chocolate with a dash of cinnamon would be nice right now) Being around all of these young Army guys, the area has lots of fast food places within easy walking distance Thumbs down but we are in a suite with a teeny, tiny kitchenette, so we are good to go for breakfast Whistling I am not attempting to cook full meals with a 2 burner stove and a microwave Hilarious!

It's an interesting choice, isn't it, June? I grew up in a small town, then spent twenty some years living in or near cities (which I loved at the time), now I'm in a very small town and I wouldn't change it , I love my little simple life these days. I say follow your heart... you have to LIVE where you choose, and you can always visit anywhere else...

p.s. I do miss some shopping opportunites... thank goodness for the internet!

I don't know if it actually took longer or if it just ended up at too many different post offices here on Camps Casey and Hovey. We are officially without an address until next week and we have had to go to a couple of the different post offices to find where our mail was being held. There are lots of little ones scattered all over. It turned out to be the one in the hotel's back parking lot that was holding our mail! How convenient is that?!

Char, you created a monster.. I finally found you guys here..

here are some I made with Char's tutorial, I so love them.. they are gifts for my sister-in-law and her daughters, I'll probably keep the two gold ones and the one with gold eyes, they have hooks on them and the rest have magnets.
