I went to my favorite local nursery today and they had some nice succulents but none of them, of course, were identified. Thumbs down Here are a few.

I think that is one of the 'Mother of Thousands' types. Kalanchoe daigremontiana. They are invasive here so I don't use them anymore but they are very attractive.

Our winters limit what can be grown out of doors here in Utah so much of what you can grow outside we must grow as houseplants. Are there things that you would like to grow that are limited by your climate?

A neighbor has one and the cobwebs diappeared.

I don't recall why but remember reading the cause.
I will research and post if I can find it.

Marianne, unless you promise to plant is where no babies will be able to take root, I strongly advise against it! You can come pull some out of my yard here and there if you really want them! Hilarious!

The second to the last photo is a Kalanchoe delagoensis sometimes aka Kalanchoe tubiflora, or commonly Mother of Thousands. And Hetty is right, it can get to be very invasive, those little growth at the tips are its babies..I also have that plant in my garden and am watching how it fares..so far the weather helps me control its growth, and since I have pavers around, I can easily spot them and put them back to their container.

The third to the last photo, the one with stripes on the leaves, it looks like a young Crassula perforata. It grows nice yellow flowers. This is a photo taken in our garden summer of 2010:
