May the Beaver Moon curse that man who had the oak removed! There, I said it!
Sophy is beautiful. I love the simplicity of her flower & her color.
Sometimes we all need to stroll & drink in the color before it leaves for winter. It feeds our souls, we say goodbye to old friends until we see them again in spring.
I hope the clouds clear this evening & the Beaver Moon lights your way & shines upon the colors in your garden.
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown

Northwest Georgia Daylily Society I'm going to retire and live off of my savings. Not sure what I'll do that second week. My yard marches to the beat of a bohemian drummer...
Thanks Ladies, but I think the clouds are heavier and darker as this day fades. I don't think I'll see that gorgeous moon tonight. It isn't full yet, so there's still tomorrow night.
Tomorrow night then.
Perhaps there's still hope for tonight. So many times after it rains in the night, when the rain is through, the clouds clear & the moon takes over. I've been out in the middle of the night on such nights & it's lovely with the rain having washed everything clean. Perhaps that will happen tonight.

All the roses are still in bloom so I don't have to search very far for color today. Yesterday was a little gloomy, but the color all around was beautiful. I do miss the leaves turning colors, but there are a few trees around the neighborhood that do give us that special treat.
