What do I do now? I've never had buds before. Any special care? extra water? extra fertilizer? Ignore it and pretend I don't see it?

I agree I brought them in the house a few weeks ago, stuck them in a corner, then another corner, trying to find room for them. Moved them to yet another corner this am and there they were!! I'm totally excited and yet scared silly that they're gonna blast or something.

This is not a great time of year to discover an inflo, but you'll simply have to make them think it is summer. That means: heat and extra light hours!! And water as normal (not too much).

How long does it take from bud to blooms? I guess they'll have to go into the bathroom...I've a grow light in there. How many light hours?

Bathroom with growlight sounds good! And that is a healthy looking inflo!
If you have natural light coming into your bathroom I would say supplement to 14 hour days (make them think it's summer!)
