Mike…I am glad you love 'Mellow Mood' because I do too. It was planted in my garden in the Fall of 2010, and never bloomed until this past Summer. I almost gave up on it, until I saw it's first bloom last July. It just blew me away. I don't grow many dips, but this one is a treasure. John Shooter is a master when it comes to white daylilies. This one has been slow to increase for me, but when it finally fills out into a nice clump, I will be more than happy to send you a nice fan.

I really wouldn't call it white, but this is one of the lightest colored dayliles I grow

I went to a meeting yesterday in Nashville. We saw over450 slides of new 2014 intros. One caught my eye. AUGUST SNOW it is a Jim Murphy intro.

Also Margo Reed has a new white one. NORTH POLE!

I saw North Pole posted the other day and it looks very nice.

Penny Kelly when it blooms is very white indeed, the eye and edge make the whiteness even more dramatic, problem for me is that I think it would do better in a warmer climate than my Zone 5a.

Speaking of zones, when I was in my late 20's my area NE Wisconsin was considered zone 3, when I hit my 40's we moved into zone 4a, then in my 50's we went to zone 4b, now into my 60's we went to zone 5a.
I always wondered if I would move to a warmer climate when I retired, looks like the way things are going I might just as well stay here and let the climate move to me.
