Finally got out and took some pictures.

This is the worst looking leaf on a plant I picked up at the greenhouse. Sorry its so blurry.

I think its one of those ugly or homely tomatoes. I just picked it up to replace one I lost. Doesn't look too good.

Here's the curled leaves; I heard that because we had so much rain the curling is caused by the branches growing faster than the roots and not to worry. Blinking

Oh, I know what that might be; I watered overhead with the well water at the farm and it leaves a rusty residue; that one might be ok.

On a happy note the green beans look good. They are liking the 10 year old horse manure we tilled into the garden last fall.

Here's a healthy one; thicker stem but still short.

Ramapo F1 is the bigest plant we have; it seems to be doing good.

Arlene, my Black Krim always have the curly leaf thing, mine look just like yours right now and they did the same thing last year but they put out some of the best tasting tomatoes so I keep growing them even if the plants make me paranoid with the leaf curl. Here are a couple of good web sites. I can't tell anything from your pictures but you have seen them up close so maybe these sites will help you. I am no expert but I don't think that tomatoes love to be top watered. You might want to try a different watering method and see if that helps at all.

Your green beans look fabulous!

Yes, I'm thankful for the green beans and I won't give up hope for the tomatoes.

I freeze them. Picked again today and cleaned 20 pints. Whew! A lot of work. I looked at the tomatoes again today and I guess they are doing OK. I think I worry needlessly.

They were all still there. Rolling on the floor laughing

One little bitty scarred, beat up, green tomato is starting to have yellow parts on it. Lovey dubby

I've never grown this one before so I will leave it to see just how yellow it needs to get; it was still firm to the touch.
