They only get the meat for this from a couple of butchers, to ensure the meat is safe to eat raw. I didn't think I would like it, the first taste told me I would. It really surprised me.
Last night was another feast that Khadija and my DIL prepared. I will post photos of it later today. This morning Jocey is making breakfast using fava beans.
