Chorus Line is a long time favourite, since I ordered it in 1994 from Daylily Discounter through Crescent Nursery in Ontario. My friend and I shared this plant, and while hers is in the shade, mine is in full sun - both of them have outdone themselves, and provided others with offshoots.
Coming out of a green throat, is a rich yellow halo which runs into a rose band.

I love the way the sepals frame and support the petals. This photo shows the rich substance of the sepals. Earlier in the day, in full sun, there is an orange tone to the blossoms.

Towards the end of the day, a rosy pink blush enhances the glow of the bloom.

Flaring white ribs accentuate the curve of the petals.
Although the blossoms are small, they have a rich texture and fragrance, that make them a joy to have in the garden.
