I went over to a State garden that has Camellia TREES. Many of them where planted back in the early 1920's

Unless there's another very similar or Lady Clare wasn't around that long ago it looks good, it is a vigorous grower so it needn't have been there that long.

Thanks I checked and it is old enough.

There has been no camellias planted in the gardens for over 50 years.
