Here is the 'official' description of this cultivar.

Gee Petch aka Magenta Powder, Gee Phet, Gee Pet. Nice, tight clusters of 2.5"-3" flowers that open pink, and quickly fade to a mostly white petal, with an extraordinary burnt-orange and reddish veins exploding from the center. The fragrance is sweet frangipani. Stunning 3” white flowers with a red pink center, and pink streaking out from the center forming a very small edge of pink. A great variety from Thailand.
