As a comment about Cat's Claw Vine (Dolichandra unguis-cati), Azspalady wrote:

Looking for tips on how to get rid of cat's claw vine. We dug up most from the beds but there are still areas that send up runners. Tried RoundUp without success. About all I've been able to do is keep up with it and pull the runners when I find them. Unable to get to the deep tuberous root, could even be on neighbors property behind the wall. Very invasive and nearly impossible to kill.

Some plants take repeated use of Round Up. Instead of pulling the new ones you see, use Round up on them. It takes repeated hits of it, but you will end up getting rid of it. I loved it when I first saw it in AZ and wanted it. I was warned not to plant it or I would regret it.
