The Ag department is trying to hook up growers with restaurants. Not much of a turnout, growers and chefs. Chefs don't have a lot of time to be driving around buying produce, I'm guessing. Plus the reliability of produce is a little questionable here. A restaurant must have the food offered on the menu, every day.
