I think the lush look is why I like it so much too. There are 2 large upright coleus in there,Jungle Love and Apocolipse. There is a trailer Green Olives and a carnation plant.Plus the bird I found in thetrash

I have only fed with Miracle Gro three times since late May.I guess thats every 2-3 weeks

You are so good at growing coleus. Your containers are always beautiful.
I just got mine planted 2 weeks ago, waiting for it to look more like your planting. Sighhhh

It takes a couple of weeks for them to fill" in".Then a couple more weeks for them to fill "up".
From then on its everyplant for themselves.
The bluegreen threadleaf plant is Dianthus.

They sure did fill in nicely! Considering the summer we had, it's good to see those containers.

Looks like you have quite a few buds on your fuchsias.

I noticed the fuchsias too. I find that deadheading the seed pods off of them promotes more bloom but most of the time I don't get around to doing that.

The fuscias are taking their time opening up. I doubt they will make a really big display impact as the cool night weather is upon us for a few days.
Pard. they deadheaded themselves at first ,buds just dropped off and I was disappointed.
I thought the stems would be longer. These plants behave like uprights. The vendor substituted nearly half the order so I really dont know labels etc..

Polly I agree. It looked like a new business.I dont mind supporting someone who is just starting out as long as my list is short.
Fuscias here as of Friday are beginning to fall off the plants due to cold nights. It was 54 last night (Sat) I will check the deck to see how many buds are on the floor.

As you said Its wiser to buy more developed plants.I really do love the look of them, maybe I will consider "uprights" for next year.
