It's not that we're freezing, but we do need to figure out what's wrong and get it fixed. Not in a million years would I call the crooks who installed it, but I can't get hold of the one person we'd trust. I got a recommendation from our neighbors and - surprise!! - no call and no show. What is with these people?! So.... if you know someone who is dependable and knows what they're doing, please pass along a name and number.

Howdy Alma,
Well, there's no worse time for the heat pump to go out. Been cold lately.

A friend of mine highly recommended Howard Air. I had them install and maintain my A/C unit that had to be replaced last year due to the hail storm. I'm very happy with them.

Maybe someone else will chime in.

Thanks, Susie; I'll keep it on file. We did get it fixed and it turned out to be something rather simple. The cold is always worse when everything is wet - and it got really wet over here! We haven't had this much rain in ages.

I know! It's been pretty wet. I sort of remember December of 1993 or 4 as being a month of repeat days of rain. I love it!

Glad you got your unit fixed an it wasn't a big deal!
