My first thought was Dichondra repens (Kidney Weed) but after taking a closer look at the photo's it looks more like Glechoma (Creeping Charlie). But I'm really not sure.

I think you were on the right track the first time. I think it's a Dichondra but it isn't repens or miracantha. Worn out tonight -- will have to pick this up tomorrow.

I had seen it too & only knew it as partridgeberry but these senior moments ...... I knew repens would be correct but that could apply to many things.
