It might be that the original 'White Tiger' is no longer extant and that Lily (Lilium 'Sweet Surrender') may be sold under that name (certainly a number of the photos attached to 'White Tiger' bear a resemblance). I have seen 'Sweet Surrender' advertised as a white tiger lily.
