Thank you DrDawg for all the pictures and description. Unfortunately this is not a very distinctive bloom so it would be very hard to put a name to it; I believe even seeing it in person it might still be hard.
Some plumeria just shout their name out loud, others... well... just accept it is a nice and fragrant flower!
