Thank you! I move a lot so annuals tend to be my "bread and butter" because they bloom quickly and don't require year-to-year care except seed saving. I try to grow every color possible.

On second thought I might be thinking of a different variety. I haven't grown it in a few years.

Mine were dark pink with yellowish-green centers.

@longk (did I do the tagging right?) it's just a local variety of Impatiens pallida that grows behind my house. I save the seeds from it. It needs LOTS of shade and LOTS of moisture. It's native to this area but isn't very common in other places from what I gather.

Annuals are so great for blooming all Season! I missed out on starting a cotage garden of self-sowers and perennials this year due to indoor and outdoor projects. But those are done. So I can at least start perennials indoors for Fall transplants. The annual seeds are in the refrigerator for next Spring sowing.

Chrysanthemum carinatum 'Sunset' has 3 main colours - red, orange and yellow with variation on the flower forms. I kinda like it.
