This is 'Ivory Halo' it is a red twig dogwood shrub and has nice winter color, looks good in snow also.

Very beautiful Bob, love your avatar! How tall is your tree looks pretty big. I have heard of Coral Bark, but did not realize the bark was red, that is really amazing. I love it.

Thanks, the tree is about 7ft and the branches turn red as the weather gets cold. The newer growth gets redder.

I have a 'Fire Glow' which I was really excited about but it is a very, very slow grower. How long did it take your tree to get seven feet?

It has taken quite some time. It was planted about 10 years ago at about 4ft, but the main branching has been broken off in storms at least twice.

Next year check at Lowes , they had them up here if I remember right around 50 dollars. I wait till fall for buying trees when they go 75% off.Most garden centers go at least 50% off by Oct. in this area.
