If anyone hadn't heard yet. Dave has settled his dispute with IB, and will shortly be starting a new, gardening only, site. I have opted to move our Plumeria forum over there. I will keep everyone posted.

I'm sure all the plumeria cuttings I've acquired are beginning to root. Just wish it wouldn't take so long, very impatient here. I never get tired of looking at those beautiful flowers.

Pegi - if they have leaves they have roots, most likely!

When I was given some of these cuttings they had leaves and a couple had an inflo started. The white one is starting to bloom and it smells so good. I have a couple yellow ones and hoping the peach one will bloom soon.

I have one and I've had it 2 years, it is going to have blooms and I have no idea. We will all see it together.

Any day now!!!

I'm betting 5 cents that it will be yellow and smell of peaches...

I have five large plants now and they have nice big leaves, all healthy but no signe of blooming, three of them bloomed last year, I am thinking it must be too hot, we have had over 3 weeks of constant 100 and over, last night we got our first light rain in 6 weeks

I found people in this mobilehome park that grow Plumeria outside their trailers and just let them grow wild. They are so pretty and I always take a sniff as I walk by. Might think about getting one or two for my new yard.

I have found that you can stop buy and ask and most people will cut a branch off for you and they are not hard to start cuttings to get started and beware it IS ADDICTING get your first one or two and then that's all you want to do is get another color. I have no name plants for a great price if you would like.

Just wanted to show you a cutting I got from a gal who lives near me for $1. I bought 10 cuttings from her, some were full of leaves and I'm so happy with the results.


My addiction may have to stop here as my yard isn't big enough for everything I want.

if your yard fills up you can always start planting in your neighbors yard or in your house or i have an idea plant on your roof...
