Hello and Happy New Year! I have first posted this photo on the Plant ID forum and the ID given is a sempervivum, so I thought might as well post it here as well for all the semp aficionados:
Oh my goodness, it is stunning Tarev. They didn't have an ID marker by it?
That just takes my breath away. The CA sun and weather has really brought out it's colors.

Hi Lynn! At The Getty Center there was no ID marker so I just took photos and posted on our Plant ID forum..well initially it was identified as a sempervivum, other entries ID's it as Echeveria agavoides ..whichever way it goes, it is really one lovely succulent

You'll have to make a new entry for it. Echeveria agavoides 'Lipstick' isn't in the database yet.
If you ever find yourself in a similar case, take a picture or a few pictures and email them to the place you visited. The head person there should be able to ID it for you. I did this a few times and never had a problem.
