The 1st year I got my indoor set up, I completely filled the shelves. In mid April I had a real dilemma. The seedlings needed to be put into bigger pots and I did not have a greenhouse. The kid's swingset worked great for a temporary GH

I sold that one & got a 8X12. That is about the biggest I can have in our yard.

I love the swingset-greenhouse!
I wonder if they ever have swingset discards at Habitat for Humanity?

I've enjoyed looking at the piftures aND READING ABOUT THE GREEN HOUSES. iT SEEMS i WILL HAVE TO BE CREATIVE IN ORDER TO ACQIRE A GREEN HOUSE BECAUSE SO FAR i DON'T REALLY SEE ANY WHICH WOULD WORK WELL FOR A PERSON WHO USES A POWER WHEELCAHIR AND ALSO BECAUSE OF THE EXPENSE. i'LL HAVE TO SAVE THE MONEY AND FIND THE GREEN HOUSE MATERIALS TO BUILD MY OWN DESIGN. tHIS SHOULD BE QUITE AN ADVENTURE EVENTUALLY AFTER I AM ABLE TO PURCHASE WHAT IS NEEDED. i'LL KEEP LOOKING AROUND. yOU NEVER KNOW WHAT WILL APPEAR. Smiling oops hit the caps lock by accident.

Just a thought, dogpack, but what about using one of those large, portable dog kennels for a greenhouse? Seems like it would be fairly easy to cover one with plastic and they aren't terribly expensive.

I hadn't thought of this Hurray!
I've been looking around and have found some interesting methods for creating green houses. :-)

Eventually I will either gather the materials needed or will find something which with minor modifications will work well as a green house.

Another suggestion is to look for clear solar pool covers to use instead of plastic. They're relatively inexpensive, they're UV stabilized, and they're nice double layer heavy gauge. I used one to cover the top and sides of my GH. Think it cost around $100.

Here's an example of one:

I tried to track down the place I bought mine, but they don't seem to have the clear ones any more.
