The more the merrier!

I have to take a hard look at what I have. I lost a lot this past year. I think it is probably from the 100 + degrees we had last summer and not the winter we had......

Well, I am ready whenever anyone else is.

Have:
2 lonely little Amethyst Mist heuchera
A "Have List" over at DG, same user name

Seek:
Heuchera that will keep their foliage through a zone 5 winter
(I'm just beginning to collect, so not very picky yet)

Hi All!

Carolyn22 just gave me the heads up on this, and I'd love to get in on it. My Heucheras took a bit of a beating over the winter (no snow cover) but it's still early to tell what's what, so I'm hoping for the best. I have a bunch of other stuff I could swap.

I'd be interested in some DL's and Hostas from Bluegrassmom too!

Count me in Thumbs up

I think I'm still interested as well. Probably won't have Heuchera large enough just yet but other things.

Generally speaking, how is this going to work?
I garden for the pollinators.

Oh yes, please can I join in. I would be interested in some heuchera for zone 5a winters, epecially Green Spice. Daylies and woodland natives to my zone. How is this going to work? I am not a member of Daves but do have a list on GARDEN WEB. Fairly new the last year with all this. Love sdb iris also. Where will we post our lists? I unfortunately will not have Heuchera to trade but have many other things such as hostas and perennials. Peonies this fall! Is Daves free?

I used Pinterest to log my haves and wants directly from the database here.
Here's how:
Join pinterest, it's free.
they'll explain how to pin from any webpage.
Look up your plant in the database here.
"Pin it" (explained in the pinterest signup)
Put its name in the description box and say if you have plants of it, seeds, bulbs, etc.
Then post a link to it in this or any other forum over here like this:

http://pinterest.com/critterga...
http://pinterest.com/critterga...

This site will have its own trading system soon.
Until then, I'm real happy with my method.

May I join too? I have daylilies, hosta and heuchera I could divide. I grow a lot of other plants too, so I'm sure to have something for a trade partner. If it ever stops raining, Sad I'll get out and make a list.

My list of daylilies is on the same site as Teresa's list. Though some of them are too small to divide yet.

Of course you're welcome Joy!

We've started a new thread for Spring 2012 trading: The thread "Spring 2012 Swap Information and Trade Lists" in Heucheras forum. The thread is locked to posting for now, but on May 14th it will be unlocked and we can all post our lists to the thread. This will give everybody 2 weeks to get stuff potted up, inventoried, lists ready, etc. And it will give us all time to make sure what we pot up is actively growing and will truly be available for trade.

I'm sorry, but I am going to have to cancel on this swap. Life is getting a little hectic, so I don't want to commit and not be able to supply!

I hate to do this, but I need to back out. I just simply won't have the time for this swap now. Just too much going on. And I was really looking forward to this swap too. :crying:
I'll just have to be a bi-stander and watch you all have fun. Maybe next time the timing will be better for me.
