(oops, looks better with "think" instead of "thing")

I've tried pulling that one too. No luck here either. Smiling I agree

My problem hasn't been the greenhouse itself. It's still standing and we are in the part of NJ that got hit by Sandy. But the roof panel blew off then we put it back on and now after a little wind storm about 2 weeks ago it's gone again. Grumbling

I told my husband that's God saying I need a bigger greenhouse! Big Grin

We have a treated wood frame that is anchored with metal strapping and heavy duty screw-in anchors (kit for tent style garage)

Having good greenhouse anchors is like having good brakes on your car, you'll be glad you have them when you need them. We got a lot of wind here this winter (2023) in Northern California. Wind gusts over 60 mph with trees blown over like dominoes. Our greenhouse is secured by galvanized screw-in anchors set in a duripan layer with the loop end partly exposed through notched concrete pavers. The anchors are attached to the greenhouse frame with stainless steel turnbuckles, nuts, and bolts, all treated with threadlock to prevent loosening. It is possible that a windstorm might destroy the greenhouse, but the anchors aren't going anywhere.
