I think it might possibly be Brunfelsia americana. If it is a Clerodendrum I don't know which one.

Nicotiana sylvestris.. it's widely grown here as an annual but I have never yet grown it!

Of course! I knew it was familiar, but it's one that I just can't seem to grow successfully. Seems to melt in our heat. Thanks again!
