I would think it might be because it's a new bulb that it's leaning. Often we don't plant the bulbs quite as far as they wish to be. By the second year they have pulled themselves down to where they wish to be.

Others on here can help more about that. And, yes, of course, as Pard says they will lean in the shade.

That last one is indeed Salmon Star, an Oriental lily. I'm not sure about Yellow Star and Red Velvet looks to be correct.
