Has anyone ever started a green pepper plant by using a sprouting "bulb" from the inside of a green pepper? I recently found two of these sprouting green peppers and decided to try and plant them. I have them inside in a raised bed with a cold frame over the top. Just curious if anyone has ever done this or has heard about it.

I've never heard of anybody doing this, so I hope you keep us updated on how this goes for you! Are you taking photos?
