I forgot that I have Dicentra spectabilis rhizomes in one of my containers, and yesterday as I was trying to re-pot new arrivals, I have dug the soil and realized there are some roots in hiatus underneath. It took me awhile to remember it was the Dicentra spectabilis. The rhizomes still looked supple and firm..my question is, would this accidental digging up bother its growth cycle? I think I may have broken a few roots around as I was digging up the soil Sad

I've seen people trade bare root dormant dicentras and it went fine. I would say your plant will be okay. Smiling
